How much does it cost?

Your Women’s Optimal Wellness (W.O.W.) program is just $1997! Why? The world needs more women thriving, exuding confidence, and being a role model of how easy it can feel to create a life and body you love.

What time are the live sessions?

We start each Friday at 12PM EST sharp. We expect to wrap up each session within 75 minutes. If your health is your number one priority, I recommend that you clear your calendar each Friday to get the most out of the W.O.W sessions.

Do I have to attend LIVE?

You will WANT to attend live. When you attend live, you will be investing in your future. You will get the most out of this program by participating live.

When are the recordings available?

Recordings will be available within 2 days of the live sessions in your online portal.

How do I participate?

You will be sent an email with the Zoom meeting link in your email before the event. We reserve the right to add special bonuses throughout the event :)

Where can I join the W.O.W. sessions?

You can watch the live online experience from a computer or phone that has Zoom installed. For the best experience, we recommend joining us on a laptop or desktop computer. We recommend setting up your space, so it is comfortable and in an area where you can be present.

What If I can't make one of the days?

You will get your lifetime access to ALL replays in our dedicated online portal. We understand life happens, but do your best to make these sessions a priority.
